Job Description
As a Backend Developer,you’llbuild the engine behind ourFollowScoresapp, turning complex data intoreal-time updates formillions of football fans.
TheFollowScoresteam builds the technology behind our popular football scores app. We are scaling the platform to reach more users and launching fresh, innovative features to keep fans at the heart of the action.
The backend team manages the systems delivering data to iOS and Android apps via web sockets and REST APIs. This involves working with Golang, Redis, and GCP to ensure high-performance delivery.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid work from home policy.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Golang, Redis and GCP, thoughexpertisein similar or alternative technologies such as .NET are welcome.
- Experiencedelivering robust software solutions that adhere to industry best practice.
- Proven record of accomplishment in high availability multi-client compatible development.
- Experience of working with high availability,multiuserand service-basedsystems.
