Neula develops a SaaS platform for business process automation using its proprietary low-code platform and integrations with large language models. Its clients include financial institutions, retail and media companies, and public-sector organizations.

• Design and develop the Neula platform backend using Scala, Java, and Akka;
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and security in a cloud environment;
• Integrate LLMs with the platform, including RAG solutions and agent systems;
• Analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and implement them;
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions.

Требования:

• Experience building backends on the JVM with Scala, Java, or Kotlin;
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Experience creating and integrating REST APIs;
• Ability to select technologies and tools based on the problem;
• Polish and English sufficient for daily technical work;
• Nice to have: Scala and Akka, Angular and TypeScript, distributed systems with scalability and high availability, Linux server administration, cloud platforms such as Azure, LLMs, low-code or BPMS platforms, business process automation.
