Join the Neula Solutions team — we develop a SaaS platform for automating business processes using our proprietary low-code platform (Scala + Akka, Angular) and integrations with language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Llama, Anthropic). Our clients are companies in the financial sector, from medium-sized to large institutions, as well as other industries, from retail and media to the public sector. We are rapidly acquiring new clients and expanding our team. We are looking for someone to develop the backend who wants to influence the system architecture and grow in the direction of AI/LLMs.
Задачи:
- Design and develop the backend of the Neula platform (Scala / Java, Akka)
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the system in a cloud environment
- Integrate LLMs with the platform (including building RAG solutions and agent systems)
- Contribute to decisions about the architecture and technical solutions — analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement them
Требования:
- Experience building backend systems based on the JVM (Scala / Java / Kotlin)
- Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases and creating and integrating REST APIs
- Ability to choose technologies and tools suited to the problem, rather than limiting yourself to solutions you already know
- Knowledge of Polish and English sufficient for day-to-day technical work
- Будет плюсом: Knowledge of Scala and Akka; Ability to program on the frontend (Angular, TypeScript); Experience building distributed systems (scalability and high availability); Knowledge of Linux server administration and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure); Experience working with LLMs; Knowledge of low-code / BPMS platforms and business process automation

- Compensation appropriate to skills, experience, and commitment (range: PLN 16,000–20,500 net per month, B2B)
