Backend Developer (Golang)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with frontend/mobile developers to integrate APIs and services.
  

• Optimize backend applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
  

• Assist in system, database, and architectural design to meet project needs.
  

• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
  

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality.
  

• understand micro-service architecture and design.
  

• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for backend development.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree /Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development and system analysis.
  

• Must have hands-on experience and proficiency in Java
  

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL\MySQL and Redis.
  

• Experience with Kafka; knowledge of other NoSQL databases like MongoDB is plus.
  

• Having hands-on experience in Golang is a plus.
  

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and full SDLC execution.
  

• Experience in conducting code reviews to ensure quality and standards.
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

• Good at spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is plus.
  

• Familiarity with event-driven microservice architecture.
  

• Immediate availability is preferred !
