- Design, build and operate backend systems and APIs
- Own solutions end-to-end, from design and development through deployment and ongoing improvement
- Contribute to architecture and technical direction across a European platform
- Integrate with payment providers, credit bureaus, KYC/AML services and funding partners
- Help shape engineering standards, best practices and AI-assisted development
- Mentor colleagues and raise the bar across the engineering team
Требования
- Strong Python and Django experience or a comparable framework
- Experience designing and building scalable backend services and REST APIs
- Solid PostgreSQL expertise and AWS experience
- Experience working within complex or regulated environments
- A collaborative approach with strong technical problem-solving skills
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar
- Nice to have: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools
Условия
- Up to £85,000 salary
- 15% Annual bonus
- £7,000 Car allowance
