Are you looking for new professional challenges?
At The Key Talent, we are looking for a Backend Developer for our Software Development department to help us keep building the best SaaS solutions for HR.
What you'll do
The day-to-day
You will join the Backend team, but you will work alongside Frontend, UX, Product, and Data Analytics colleagues. We run 2-week sprints that we plan and refine together as a team, so you will always know what's going on.
What you will do
Our platforms are well established in the market, but we are ambitious: you will build new features, integrate systems, and have a real say in technical decisions. You will be able to lead the POCs you want.
Nice to have
We are looking for someone passionate about technology and software development, preferably with some experience in backend development and knowledge of Python and Django.

Where we work
We have offices in Madrid, on Calle Velázquez, and you can come in whenever you like. You can also work remotely whenever you need to. If you live outside Madrid, we meet twice a year for company events and via Teams.
When we work
Our schedule is flexible, but we usually work between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, we leave at 3:00 PM. In summer, we leave at 3:00 PM every day.
