Backend Developer (Java)

Salary: Rp 7.500.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 2 years of overall work experience and knowledge in backend development and programming (Java).
- Experience developing backend applications using Java.
- Familiar with Spring Boot Framework.
- Understanding of ORM (Object Relational Mapping) concepts and usage.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiar with Git and basic Git flow.
- Experience with Docker, including creating images and running containers.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, particularly Scrum/Agile.
- Understanding or experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong curiosity and interest in learning new technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Ensure reliable communication between internal systems and services.
- Manage and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Write optimized queries and improve database performance.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs or performance issues in backend systems.
- Continuously improve application stability and efficiency.
- Implement secure development practices including authentication and encryption.
- Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests.
- Ensure application quality and reliability through testing.
- Collaborate with Frontend Engineers and SDET teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in development discussions and problem-solving sessions
