Backend Developer (Java)

Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month

• What We’re Looking For:
  - 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Backend Development or Software Engineering
  - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development
  - Solid understanding of authentication, authorization (JWT, RBAC), and application security
  - Strong SQL/MySQL skills, including database design and query optimization
  - Experience debugging, maintaining, and optimizing large existing codebases
  - Familiar with system performance, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting
  - Experience with Redis, MongoDB, or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, RocketMQ) is a plus
  - Experience integrating payment gateways, third-party APIs, or webhooks is preferred
  - Experience in SaaS, software, or digital product companies is a strong plus

• Responsibilities
  - Develop and maintain scalable backend features for Holink’s platform.
  - Build reliable backend services.
  - Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
  - Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, Support, and Engineering teams.
  - Integrate third-party services including payment gateways, analytics, authentication, notifications, and future AI solutions.
  - Optimize application performance, database efficiency, and system reliability.
  - Troubleshoot and resolve product, system, and production issues.
  - Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
  - Support deployment and monitor application logs and errors.
  - Ensure security, privacy, and scalability standards are implemented across the platform.
