We are looking for a Java Backend Engineer to join their Digital Hub, a startup-cultured unit within this billion-dollar corporation, developing highly specialized Smart Engineering Tools for product selection and simulation in industrial automation.
Responsibilities
Design technical solutions by translating business needs into effective software blueprints.
Develop a deep understanding of the pneumatic automation product portfolio and its factory automation applications.
Write, test, and maintain backend code in Java, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for product selection and simulation.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Support and collaborate with an agile team.
Coordinate and align requirements with business units and internal stakeholders.

4 years of practical experience coding backends with Java and Spring Boot.
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
Independent and structured way of working, with holistic thinking.
Good written and spoken English.
Spanish language skills are valued but not required.
