Backend Developer

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, develop and maintain RESTful APIs for web applications and internal systems.
• Design, manage and optimize MySQL databases, tables and queries.
• Integrate backend services with frontend applications and other systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, fix bugs and improve system performance and stability.
• Write clean, secure and maintainable code.
• Perform testing and support system deployment and maintenance.
• Work closely with frontend developers and other team members to deliver system features.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and use Git for version control.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Familiar with RESTful API development and system integration.
• Good knowledge of MySQL, SQL queries and database design.
• Familiar with Git or other version-control tools.
• Understanding of software development, testing and debugging practices.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
