The company provides customers with a transparent, compliant and hassle-free vehicle scrapping process. Role Overview :We're building a scalable, high-performance CRM platform and need a backend-focused developer to own its core systems, APIs, and integrations. You'll build robust backend services in Laravel and work closely with our frontend developers, who build in Next.js. Core Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable backend systems using Laravel. Build and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs. Architect core CRM modules: Leads, Users, Assignment Engine, Reports, and Notifications. Implement authentication using JWT or Laravel Sanctum. Performance & Data Optimize database queries and handle high-volume data (100,000+ records per day). Use queues, jobs, and caching to keep the system fast under load. Find and fix performance bottlenecks to improve reliability. Frontend Collaboration Work with the Next.js team to integrate frontend screens with backend APIs. Deployment & DevOpsHandle deployments, server management, and CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills & Background:Must Have2+ years of hands-on backend development experience. Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel.A solid understanding of MVC architecture. Experience designing and building REST APIs. Strong MySQL skills, including query optimization, indexing, and relationships. Basic understanding of Next.js or React, and experience integrating APIs with frontend applications. Version control with Git (GitHub or GitLab workflows). Comfort with Linux server basics and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications :Caching with Redis. Laravel Queues and Workers. Cloud platforms such as AWS or Digital Ocean. Basic Docker knowledge. Experience building CRM or ERP systems. Real-time systems or WebSockets.
