Backend Developer – Mid-level
Summary
Develop and maintain backend APIs and applications using .NET/C#, work with SQL Server databases, integrate systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance backend APIs and applications using .NET (C#).
- Implement business rules with a focus on quality, performance and scalability.
- Integrate with internal systems and external APIs.
- Work on modeling and interaction with relational databases (SQL Server).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (frontend, architecture, product).
- Identify and fix bugs and propose continuous improvements to code and architecture.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to development best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience in .NET / C# development.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of software architecture (layers, SOLID principles).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server).
- Familiarity with version control (GIT).
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Knowledge of React and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core and/or Dapper.
- Familiarity with DDD concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS).
- Knowledge of application security practices and architecture.
- Experience with hybrid environments (Cloud + On-Premises).
