- Senior-level expertise in Java and Spring Boot development
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Practical knowledge of cloud environments (AWS)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools: Jenkins (shared libs), GitHub, Maven, Groovy, Jira
- Strong REST API design skills with best-practices (Swagger, OpenAPI 3.0, microservices architecture, JSON)
- Knowledge of security and authorization protocols, especially OAuth 2.0; experience with Kong API Gateway
- Experience in Agile environments with practices like TDD, paired programming, automated testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions
- Passion for learning new technologies and contributing to knowledge-sharing culture
- Experience with message delivery systems, event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with observability stacks and performance tuning in cloud-native environments
- Mentorship experience, promoting engineering excellence within teams
