Backend Developer (.NET)

Key responsibilities

Design and implement microservices architecture
Develop RESTful APIs using .NET Core, with API versioning and documentation
Build secure authentication and authorization systems
Implement dependency injection patterns
Optimize application performance, error logging and monitoring
Implement caching and distributed caching strategies
Design real-time messaging systems and pub/sub patterns for service communication
Handle message queuing and processing
Design and optimize SQL databases, write efficient queries and tune performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
5-6 years of experience as a Backend Application Developer
Strong .NET Core and C# skills
SQL Server
Microservices architecture and REST API development
Redis pub/sub patterns
FHIR standards
Familiarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Functions, Logic Apps)
Azure DevOps or Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
Application and API security, including API design and OWASP
