Requirements:- Expertise in C# and Java, including generics
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with messaging-based architectures such as JMS and MQTT
- Knowledge of networking principles, including the OSI model and Wireshark
- Ability to conduct UML and database modeling
- Organized, detail-oriented approach and demonstrated troubleshooting ability
- Experience with system-level architecture, documentation, requirements documentation, and traceability
- JavaScript (Node.js), PHP, and C++ server development skills are highly desirable
- Experience with team-based development using Agile principles, Jira, and Git is helpful
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with knowledge of current technologies and the ability to share ideas with teammates and customers
- Bachelors degree required
- One year of software development experience preferred
- One year of back-end development experience preferred
- One year of Java experience preferred
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Annapolis, Maryland, preferred
