BACKEND DEVELOPER
Salary: $6,500 – $6,800 per month
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and enterprise-grade backend applications using Java technologies.
Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
Develop scalable, resilient, and high-throughput distributed applications for enterprise environments.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
Design database schemas and develop efficient SQL/NoSQL queries with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, release management, deployment, and production readiness activities.
Troubleshoot application and production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, development standards, and engineering best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and relevant system documentation.
