Job Description
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot or Golang.
- Design and build RESTful APIs for frontend and system integrations.
- Manage and optimize database schemas and queries (MySQL / SQL Server).
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.
- Implement clean, maintainable code following OOP, design patterns, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver end-to-end features.

Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Knowledge in Agile framework of running projects.
- Excellent understanding in the concept of APIs and Frontend-Backend communication.
- Strong knowledge in Java Spring Boot or Golang.
- Strong knowledge in SQL Server, Mysql efficient table schema & database querying.
- Knowledge of modern development principles and best practices (Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Unit Testing, Continuous Integration and Deployment).
- Good teamwork skills, capable in collaborating with other team members.
- Have experience in Banking Industry will be a plus.
- A self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end.
