We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level or Senior Backend Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Python and Go.
The main focus of this role is building reliable, scalable backend systems, APIs, and real‑time services. We are looking for someone with a broad engineering mindset who understands the full software lifecycle, from development and architecture to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and Go.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, WebSockets, and real‑time services.
- Design reliable backend architectures and system workflows.
- Integrate SQL/NoSQL databases and third-party APIs.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and similar technologies.
- Improve application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot backend, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy and manage applications on Linux servers using Docker and Nginx.
- Maintain clean Git workflows and participate in code reviews.
- Monitor production systems, logs, errors, and performance.
- Develop and integrate IoT services and real‑time device communication.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and other engineers.
