Backend Developer

In this Backend Developer role, you will build and support international operating systems for a leading hedge fund. You will work within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial tech culture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and quality across complex processes. The position focuses on scalable backend systems, data handling, and performance—offering strong technical growth and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects. • Develop and support international operating systems

• Degree in science/computing/numerate/engineering field
• Strong backend development experience in C# or Java
• Strong database development with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization
• Experience on Windows and Unix/Linux, scripting, and basic system administration
• Ability to own sub-projects and work well in a team
• Interest in technology innovation and learning new skills
• Experience processing large data sets and communicating results clearly
