Job Description
Developing fintech services using backend framework
Developing various database tables to optimally manage large-scale logs
Conducting DB analysis and research for various products and related systems to design databases and process data according to objectives and environments.
Requirements:
You have designed database tables, indexes and constraints yourself
You have integrated with an external system you did not control — a payment gateway, a bank API, a third-party service. You have dealt with timeouts, retries, callbacks or reconciliation
Reading English technical documents. Speaking is not required
Commitment to a 3-month probation program
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of backend development in any OOP language
(Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, TypeScript, PHP, Go)Experience in Fintech, payments, banking, or remittance domain
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Adaptability and eagerness to learn
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Proactive and quick learner
Not Required:
Korean language
Spring experience — a strong backend engineer adapts in 4–6 weeks

From Entry-level to 2 years' experience: Rp 7,000,000 ~ 8,500,000
Over 2 year's experience: Rp 9,000,000 ~ 11,500,000

Hiring Process and Timeline

Technical session: within 3 business days of submission

Offer: within 2 weeks of first contact
We pay for your time. Candidates who submit a valid assignment receive IDR 400,000,
and attending the final interview adds another IDR 400,000.
