In this role, you will act as a technical authority on agentic frameworks. You will bridge the gap between abstract business processes and durable, functional AI systems.

• Agent Construction: Direct the creation and live rollout of AI-driven agents tailored for large-scale corporate environments.
  

• Logic & Prompt Design: Engineer advanced prompts and develop the accompanying TypeScript backend to govern agent behavior across various communication channels.
  

• Advanced Systems Integration: Architect sophisticated loops that unify multiple APIs and data repositories to automate non-standard business tasks.
  

• Solution Engineering: Partner with project leads and corporate partners to translate legacy workflows into modern, extensible AI architectures.
  

• Stability & Monitoring: Ensure all deployments are enterprise-grade, featuring comprehensive error management, performance tracking, and health logging.
  

• Technical Mentorship: Work alongside the broader engineering team to resolve high-complexity bottlenecks and establish internal standards
  

Requirements

• Academic Background: A University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
  
• Professional History: Between 2 and 6 years of experience in software engineering, with a preference for those focused on server-side or full-stack development.
  
• Technical Infrastructure: Deep familiarity with web protocols, REST/gRPC interfaces, and modern security/authorization standards
  
• Adaptability: Proven ability to deconstruct proprietary client systems rapidly and build robust connectors.
  
• AI Familiarity: Highly comfortable working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and building logic-driven prompt sequences (prior machine learning exposure is advantageous).
