Backend Engineer （AI platform/agent）
Summary
Backend engineer building the server side of LLM/agent products: designing APIs, task orchestration, state management, and streaming responses, plus scalable services for auth, quotas, caching, and monitoring. Core stack is Golang and/or Python with MySQL/Postgres/Redis/MongoDB, Docker/K8s/AWS, and AI-native tooling like Claude Code.
- Design backend APIs, task orchestration, state management, and streaming responses for LLM/Agent products.
- Build scalable services covering auth, quotas, caching, async tasks, governance, monitoring, and data pipelines.
- Integrate Prompt, Skills, MCP, and Tools to turn experimental models into stable products.
- Explore AI-native development, Harness Engineering, and Agentic Workflows with Claude Code.
- Proficient in Golang and/or Python, with experience delivering complete backend systems.
- Strong fundamentals in API design, auth, task scheduling, caching, logging, microservices, and databases such as MySQL/Postgres/Redis/MongoDB.
- Curious about AI-native development and latest AI technologies.
- High standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and collaboration.
- Experience shipping LLM apps, Agents, Copilots, or workflow systems; familiarity with MCP/Tools.
- Familiar with Docker, K8s, CI/CD, Prometheus/Grafana, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
- Unlimited Claude Code quota, hands-on frontier AI productization, and competitive compensation.
