OmniTrans AI Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing Travel Technology company providing transportation aggregation and distribution solutions for OTAs, travel agencies, and transportation suppliers across railway, bus, airport transfer, and mobility services.

Key Responsibilities

• 负责核心业务系统设计、开发与维护；
• 开发和维护高性能 RESTful API 与 gRPC 服务；
• 参与系统架构设计与技术方案制定；
• 负责 OTA 平台、供应商系统及第三方接口集成；
• 开发高并发、高可用业务系统；
• 负责线上问题排查、定位和解决；
• 持续优化系统性能与代码质量；
• 与产品、运营及技术团队紧密合作推进项目交付。
• 参与 AI Agent、AI 自动化工具及智能业务系统的后端开发与落地；
• 参与 AI 与现有 OTA、供应商 API、数据平台及内部业务系统的集成；
• 配合团队利用 AI 优化数据处理、业务监控、报告分析及运营流程；

• Design, develop, and maintain core business systems.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making.
• Integrate OTA platforms, supplier systems, and third-party services.
• Develop high-concurrency and highly available applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
• Continuously improve system performance and code quality.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and engineering teams.
• Participate in the backend development and implementation of AI Agents, AI automation tools, and intelligent business systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing OTA platforms, supplier APIs, data platforms, and internal business systems.
• Collaborate with the team to leverage AI for optimizing data processing, business monitoring, reporting, analysis, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 至少 1 年以上 Golang 开发经验；
• 熟悉 Gin 框架；
• 理解常见设计模式；
• 对高内聚、低耦合架构设计有一定理解；
• 熟悉微服务架构；
• 具备消息队列使用经验（RabbitMQ、Kafka、RocketMQ 等）；
• 熟悉 Go 并发编程，了解 Channel、Mutex 等机制；
• 具备线上问题分析与解决能力；
• 熟悉 MySQL 数据库设计与性能优化。
• 对 AI 辅助编程、自动化开发及 AI-driven application development 有兴趣；
• 具备将 AI 技术应用于实际业务场景的能力和思维；
• 了解 LLM、AI Agent、Prompt Engineering、RAG 等基本概念；
• 优先考虑英语和中文均流利的候选人。

• Minimum 1 year of professional Golang development experience.
• Experience using Gin framework.
• Good understanding of software design patterns.
• Understanding of High Cohesion and Low Coupling principles.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience using message queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or RocketMQ.
• Experience handling concurrency using Channels, Mutexes, and synchronization mechanisms.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
• Good understanding of MySQL database design and optimization.

• Interest in AI-assisted programming, development automation, and AI-driven application development.
• Ability and mindset to apply AI technologies to real-world business scenarios.
• Basic understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and related AI technologies.
• Candidates who are fluent in both English and Chinese will be given preference.
