Backend Engineer - API & Microservices Architecture

Job Purpose :

Do engineering work on APIs and Microservices. Initial work will be backend work required for Mobile banking app.

Job Responsibilities (JR): 6 - 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) :

- Develop microservices and batch programs meeting quality and timeliness goals.

- Help build CI/CD pipeline to manage release to SIT, UAT and Prod environments.

- Review team code.

- Ensure adequate documentation included in code for future maintainability.

- Continuously develop self and team capability in line with improvements / changes in backend technology.

- Participate in daily scrums.

- Solution and develop identified user stories, with considerations of security and code quality.

- Complete unit testing.

- Review team code.

Educational Qualifications :

Key Skills :

- Total Yrs of experience: 11 years and above.

- Educ: B Tech in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.

- Skills: Atleast 2+ years experience developing APIs on GoLang.

- Experience with developing APIs.

- Experience with SQL, persistence layer.
