Backend Engineer
How do you keep a backend fast and maintainable as data volumes and features grow? At Brickyard, you will work on the backend of an image recognition platform that needs to process up to 500,000 images per day. The foundation is in place; now you can help shape what comes next.
As Backend Engineer, you will further develop and maintain the backend using Elixir, Phoenix and PostgreSQL. You will work on high-volume data processing, performance, scalability and architecture, while also contributing to CI/CD, Docker, queueing, logging, monitoring and testing. You will join an existing solution and collaborate with the developers who built the current backend before taking ownership of further improvements.
