Backend Engineer

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in one or more of Golang, Java, Python, and TypeScript.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Gin or Fiber (Golang), Spring Boot or Vert. x (Java), Express or Next.js (Typescript), etc.
• Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
• Experience working with caching infrastructure such as Redis or Aerospike.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure, or Oracle.
• Exposure to containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating backend systems with LLM-based APIs and Speech AI systems.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (or Notion) to implement Agile methodology with all its ceremonies.
