Job Description
- Partner with stakeholders, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions and product workflows, owning the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from estimation and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring to improve user experience, productivity, and organizational efficiency.
- Design, build, and ship scalable cloud-native backend services from concept to production.
- Contribute to enterprise-level systems using Python or Go and related frameworks
- Leverage engineering practices, including development to accelerate delivery while writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with strong ownership of quality through reviews and documentation.
- Enable reliable delivery of new features and services through effective infrastructure and deployment practices, while optimizing system performance, reliability, scalability, and developer workflows.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant full time or internship experience in Backend/ Fullstack/Software development
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networks, and databases.
- Strong experience with Python or Go
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming, RESTful API design, and relational database design.
- Experience working in Linux development environments, with exposure to Docker and Nginx.
- Passion for coding, innovation, and solving complex technical challenges.
- Experience in web security and designing or developing large-scale distributed systems is preferred.
- Strong ownership of product delivery, with the ability to drive backend initiatives from planning to production.
