About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Backend/Full-stack Developer to join our growing team and continue to make the pace-setters in the leasing technology space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the various teams and the business's customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about creating clean, efficient, scalable code and is excited to take on new challenges in an ever-growing landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions based on business and stakeholder requirements
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and external parties
- Write clean, well-documented, maintainable, and testable code
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and maintain existing systems
- Provide technical support and share knowledge across teams
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and development practices
About you
- Proven experience as a Backend or Full-stack Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go)
- Proficiency in MySQL databases
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Understanding of application security and secure coding practices
- Experience using Git for version control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and development techniques
