Backend Engineer (Golang)

Enhanced Radar is hiring a backend engineer as engineer no. 3.

Enhanced Radar is building aviation real-time analytics software and hardware to make civil and military aviation safer and more efficient.

Role: Build scalable, efficient backend systems in Golang. Solve complex problems relentlessly, maximally use AI to accelerate productivity.

Must-Have:

• Expert proficiency in a compiled language.

• Solid grasp of networking basics, memory optimization, and algorithm design.

• Habitual maximization of AI coding assists for productivity.

• Unyielding bias toward problem-solving.

• Proof of self-motivation.

Nice to have:

• Proof of aviation interest.

You will work directly with the CTO and ship to production multiple times daily.
