Role Summary
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and scale high-performance, distributed systems that support large-scale products. You will be responsible for designing robust backend services, optimizing system performance, and ensuring reliability across complex infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java
Build scalable, high-availability distributed systems
Design APIs and microservices to support product features
Optimize system performance, latency, and resource utilization
Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability
Collaborate with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams
Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability
Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field Above 2 years of backend development experience Strong proficiency in Java (or solid experience in other backend languages with willingness to switch) Experience in building distributed systems and microservices architecture Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.) Understanding of networking, concurrency, and system design principles Experience with Linux environment and cloud platforms Strong problem-solving and debugging skills If it sounds like your next move, please don't hesitate to apply.
