Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong backend development experience in Java, Go (Golang) and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with Redis, Aerospike, Cassandra, MySQL and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of AI orchestration, Agentic AI and AI-driven application design.
- Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Expertise in system design, performance engineering and scalability.
- Ability to evaluate technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
- Good communication, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives.
