Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with 23 years of experience in backend application development. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in PHP, Go, or Python, along with hands-on experience in API development, database management, system integration, and production deployment.
Candidates with experience in NBFC, Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services domains will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend applications and services.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Implement asynchronous tasks, concurrency control, transaction processing, and error handling.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
- Work with Docker, logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing tools.
- Deploy and maintain backend services in production environments.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues using logs, monitoring, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Develop reusable backend components and contribute to system architecture improvements.
Required Technical Skills
- 23 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language: PHP, Go (Golang), or Python.
- Strong understanding of REST API development and integration.
- Good knowledge of server-side architecture and database management.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Understanding of message queues, asynchronous processing, and transaction management.
- Experience with Docker and production deployment.
