Job Description

1. Plan the long-term technical evolution roadmap of the advertising system and promote its gradual implementation according to the company's advertising business policy.

2. Communicate with internal and external personnel in the advertising business line, understand advertising requirements and business direction, perform requirement analysis, and output the system function design based on this.

3. Design the architecture of each module in the advertising system and write related design documents.

4. Develop the business functions of the advertising system and conduct self-testing and verification.

5. Optimize key indicators such as performance and stability of the advertising system.

6. Resolve system incidents promptly, analyze root causes, and implement optimization measures.

Education and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, with more than five years of experience in internet-related fields.
2. Fluent in English communication. Overseas work experience is a plus.
3. Strong teamwork spirit and customer service awareness. Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle emergencies.
4. Proficiency in Java, Go, and Python (preferred).
5. Experience in large-scale cloud backend development; proficient with public clouds such as AWS and Azure.
6. Proficient in Linux; familiar with containerization and Kubernetes; knowledge of middleware (nginx, Redis, Kafka, RDS) and SQL.
7. Experience in designing and developing high-concurrency, high-performance, reliable distributed systems.
