Backend Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong backend engineering experience (not full-stack).
• Deep AWS proficiency (EC2 Lambda, etc. )
• Comfortable with performance-heavy workloads (GPU/CPU optimization).
• 1-4 years of experience (ages 21-26 similar to cofounders.
• Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes experience.
• Graduated from IIT or a similar tier.
• Hardworking and proactive; doesn't wait for tasks.
• Communicates clearly and confidently.
• Has shipped tough backend projects independently.
• High agency and entrepreneurial drive.
