iwoca is seeking a Back End Engineer for the Partner Flow team, based in London with hybrid/UK-remote options. You will own features across the Lending API and embedded flows, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and commercial stakeholders to deliver scalable backend systems for partner integrations.
You’ll push initiatives in AI-assisted development, design robust architectures, and drive improvements across the partner funnel with measurable impact.
