Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code.
- Build and integrate robust APIs and microservices to support various application functionalities.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and data security.
- Work with databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development .
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) and ORM/ODM.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization is a plus.
