Summary
Design and build backend systems for wallets, identity, and blockchain infrastructure, create APIs, and improve platform scalability and reliability.
You will design and build backend systems for wallets, identity, and onchain infrastructure, create platform primitives and APIs, lead technical initiatives across architecture and distributed systems, improve scalability and reliability, and shape technical direction through high-leverage engineering work.

- Design and build backend systems for wallets, identity, and onchain infrastructure
- Create platform primitives and APIs
- Lead technical initiatives across architecture, data, and distributed systems
- Improve platform scalability, reliability, and performance
- Shape technical direction through engineering work
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and maintaining production systems at scale
- Understanding of modern API development best practices and design
- Experience building data models and managing database migrations
- Experience with infrastructure configuration
- Ability to write maintainable, well-tested, modular code
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write clear technical documentation
- Experience in payments, fintech, or crypto preferred
- Experience with open-source developer tooling preferred
- Experience with blockchain protocols and smart contracts preferred
- Experience in authentication, identity, or security preferred
