The European Bioinformatics Institute | EMBL-EBI is seeking a Software Engineer to help build services for UniProt. You will design and develop software and APIs for the UniProt data services and website, providing protein information to researchers and computational biologists.
You will maintain the website’s cloud infrastructure, ensure scalability, and deliver well-tested, documented code. Strong Java or Python skills, RESTful services, SpringBoot, and cloud experience are required.
