Build and maintain backend systems that power high-throughput, low-latency services — focus on reliability, scaling, and developer productivity for web and AI workloads.
Tasks
- Design and implement scalable microservices and APIs using Python / Go / Java or similar.
- Optimize for performance, caching, and database scalability (SQL/NoSQL).
- Implement observability, tracing and robust error handling patterns.
- Collaborate with ML teams to design efficient model inference pipelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years backend engineering experience building high-scale systems.
- Experience with distributed systems, message queues, and caching strategies.
- Comfort with cloud-native patterns and container orchestration (K8s).
- Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills.

Salary: ₹95k – ₹170k INR (depending on experience)
