Backend Engineer

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in backend engineering.
• Experience working in early-stage startups with end-to-end ownership and product-building exposure.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js .
• Experience building backend systems for Voice AI, real-time systems, and low-latency or high-latency environments.
• B. Tech/B. E. in CSE, ECE, EEE, or IT from a Tier-1 college.
• Strong problem-solving skills, high ownership, fast execution, and the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with distributed systems and system design.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse is preferred.

Nice To Have:

• Experience as a Founding Engineer or in early-stage product development.
• Exposure to real-time audio systems and voice AI products.
