JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Golang, Java Spring Boot, or Python with focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Manage SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and implement caching strategies.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and manage containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
- Ensure system reliability, security, availability, and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
- Proficiency in Golang, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
- Solid experience in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Minimum 5 years professional backend development experience.
- Strong problem-solving, system thinking, and clean coding skills.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices.
- Excellent communication, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Prior experience in high-traffic, mission-critical systems is a strong advantage.
