Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar position.
- Strong understanding of PHP, Python, or Node.js and Relational and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently.
