【Position Summary】
We are seeking a Backend Engineer proficient in TypeScript and Node.js to drive the development of our Wi-Fi Management System. The primary focus is the seamless integration and centralized management of Access Points (AP), Switches, and Data Gateways (GW). The ideal candidate will possess robust system architectural design skills and the ability to perform high-level Production Debugging and performance tuning within a Kubernetes (K8S) environment.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Architecture Design: Build and maintain scalable backend services to manage and monitor proprietary networking hardware (AP/Switch/GW).
• System Integration: Collaborate with firmware/hardware teams to define communication protocols and ensure high-performance vertical integration.
• Data Management: Optimize data storage and retrieval across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for real-time monitoring and historical logging.
• Production Excellence: Maintain product stability through root cause analysis of production issues and system-wide performance optimization.
• Cloud-Native Operations: Manage service lifecycle and resource orchestration within a Kubernetes infrastructure.

【Technical Requirements】

• Languages: Familiar with modern backend languages such as TypeScript/Node.js and Java.
• Databases: Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL (Relational) and MongoDB (NoSQL).
• Caching/Messaging: Experience with Redis for high-throughput data processing.
• Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8S).
• Software Maintenance: Proven track record in maintaining production-grade software and handling complex system migrations or upgrades.

【Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have】

• Kubernetes/K3s: Familiarity with Kubernetes/K3s, including networking, CNI, storage, CSI, Ingress, Helm, resource management, and troubleshooting.
• Networking: Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, Wi-Fi, 802.1X, or network management systems.
• DevOps & Automation: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Git, Linux, containerized deployment, infrastructure automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Security: Understanding of authentication, authorization, RBAC, API security, TLS, certificates, and secure software development practices.
• AI-Assisted Development: Experience effectively using AI coding tools for software development, debugging, testing, code review, refactoring, documentation, and engineering productivity.
