Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA

The Role:

Architect and scale low-latency, high-throughput systems used by millions. Build APIs, core infrastructure, and backend services powering AI-driven personalization. Collaborate daily in a fully onsite role with a tight-knit, high-output team. Shape foundational systems, not just features.

  • Languages: Go, Python, Rust, or similar
  • Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Systems: Distributed systems, real-time APIs, or high-availability infrastructure
  • Bonus: Experience scraping and normalizing large-scale data

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Backend engineer with 7+ years building reliable, scalable infrastructure
  • Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and care deeply about clean architecture
  • Low ego, strong communicator, and ready to own key systems

Compensation

Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
