Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Backend Java Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role requiring an Immediate Joiner. Fintech industry experience is highly preferred.

Technical Skill Set :

- Core Development : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

- Databases : MySQL, Oracle

- DevOps/Tools : CI/CD pipelines, Jira, Confluence

- Methodology : Agile scrum environment

Preferred Background :

1. Prior experience working within the Fintech domain.

2. Strong problem-solving skills and clean coding practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure seamless scalability for our growing user base.

- Design and expose secure RESTful Webservices to facilitate smooth communication between internal systems and external client applications.

- Optimize complex SQL queries and database schemas to improve application latency and ensure data integrity across our platforms.

- Develop comprehensive unit tests using JUnit to maintain high code quality and reduce technical debt during the deployment lifecycle.

- Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS to ensure high availability and efficient resource utilization for our production environments.

- Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD pipelines using Git, ensuring rapid and error-free releases of new features.
