Summary
Builds secure Java Spring Boot microservices on AWS, writes JUnit tests, and integrates Kafka, NoSQL, and DevSecOps practices.
Role & responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and define the appropriate technical approach for implementation.
- Develop middleware and RESTful services using secure coding and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Ensure maximum code coverage through comprehensive JUnit test cases.
- Address and resolve all penetration testing findings and security-related scenarios.
- Deliver highquality, secure, bugfree application releases by adhering to best coding and review standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices.
- Strong AWS cloud native development and deployment - IAM Authentication integration, Lambda, EKS, SNS, SQS, KMS, Secret Manager, Elasticache integration
- Strong hands-on with secure coding practices (OWASP standards)
- Good overall understanding of DevSecOps
- Strong hands on with any NoSQL database
- Junit, Design Patterns, Hibernate, Kafka Integration, AI integrated development, application security (authentication, authorization, encryption, session management), DevOps tools & technologies, agile practices
