Backend Lead Developer

We are on a lookout for high quality software engineers to join our core team.
As a Backend Lead, you are responsible for development of our application's backend, to solve problems and build, extend, optimize and refactor the back-end architecture. You will lead the core team of backend developers at Cityflo.
We are looking for Engineers with:
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Python, Django or other web frameworks like RoR.
- Experience in building large scale internet applications
- Excellent understanding of MVC and OOP.
- Good working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and services is a plus.
- Contributions to open source project is a plus.
- Performance optimization, SQL tuning, caching techniques is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of version control system concepts.
- Ownership mentality, high willingness to learn, and hardworking.
