RBS Software Solutions Back-End Developer (.NET) is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting Accounting Systems and financial-related applications using modern Microsoft technologies. Back-End Developer (.NET) role involves backend API development, database optimization, system integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring secure and scalable application performance.
RBS Software Solutions Back-End Developer (.NET) position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality backend solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.

General Duties and Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Accounting Systems and backend applications
- Build RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core 6 and above
- Implement scalable and maintainable backend architecture
- Handle system enhancements, debugging, and issue resolution
- Design and optimize MSSQL databases
- Create and maintain stored procedures, functions, and complex queries
- Ensure database performance optimization and data integrity
- Develop API integrations with third-party systems and internal modules
- Support financial and accounting-related data processing integrations
- Maintain repositories using Git-based development tools
- Participate in deployment, testing, and production support activities
- Ensure version control and proper documentation
- Follow secure coding standards and backend best practices
- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and performance
- Coordinate with QA and Front-End Developers during testing and deployment
- Prepare technical documentation and development reports
- Provide updates on assigned tasks and project status
- Perform other tasks that the Immediate Superior or Company may duly assign.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in any Computer and IT-related course (Computer Science/Programming) or related industry course.
Work Experience
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Back-End Development
- Experience handling Accounting Systems is highly preferred
- Experience in API development and backend integration
- Strong experience in .NET Core 6 and above
- Strong knowledge of .NET Core 6 and above
- Experience in ASP.NET Core Web API development
- Proficient in MSSQL Database management and query optimization
- Familiarity with Git / Git-based Development Tools
- Knowledge of REST API Integration and backend services
- Experience using Entity Framework / ORM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve backend system issues
- Knowledge of accounting systems and financial application processes
- Understanding of secure coding standards and backend best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple development tasks
- Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to meet project timelines and deliver quality output consistently.

Others
- Certifications or trainings in .NET Development, MSSQL Database Management, REST API Integration, Git/DevOps, Agile/Scrum, Secure Coding Practices, and Accounting or ERP Systems are an advantage.
