Summary
Swing-shift (2pm–10:30pm) inventory control operator at a semiconductor test facility in Fremont, CA. The person checks IC chips and wafers in and out of the Inventory Control Room, maintains WIP and finished-goods system databases, performs cycle counts and lot splits/merges, and keeps the area organized under 5S.
Swing Shift: Sun - Thurs, 2pm to 10:30pm
Swing Shift: Fri- Tues, 2pm to 10:30pm
Summary: Product check in & check out of IC chips and wafers, and Cycle-count
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Being able to understand and follow work instructions after completing training.
- Collect/ Organize material storage and maintain 5S in working area.
- Control materials in Work in Progress (WIP)/ Check in/Check out.
- Physical lot split/merge/downgrade/ Serialization/ system split/soft close.
- Maintain physical inventory of Finished Goods, Work in Process (WIP), and trays.
- Maintain system database of products, Stock take for Finish Goods Inventory (FGI)/WIP/Rejects.
- Perform routine maintenance on the tools and equipment used in Inventory Control Room (ICR).
- Perform cycle-count activities including routine, customer required, annual physical inventory count.
- Moving lots between ICR and other operations when needed.
- Withdrawal/deposit of Lots/ tray inventories.
- Finish Goods Inventory (FGI) pulling for shipment (split/seal/repack).
- Provide service support for operations and customer service through email or phone or TFS.
- Inform lead & supervisors when problems occur.
