Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Rust
- Experience with high‑throughput or low‑latency systems
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and smart contract development
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques
- Strong problem‑solving and systems design skills
- Nice to Have: Experience with Solidity
- Exposure to trading systems, exchanges, or financial infrastructure
